I digg technology, do you?
This weekend I came across the site digg.com. It is a technology news type site similar to slashdot but allows the end user more control over the content. One other cool thing is that if you have friends that are using the site, you can see what they have been "digging" under their custom profile URL http://digg.com/users/username_here. Mine is here.
Ode to the Powerbook
All of you intimate Powerbook fans out there give this a listen. If you need help identifying the lyrics, they are listed on the artist's website here. I stumbled across this song in the blogosphere a month or so ago. This weekend I got reacquainted with it while I was painting and listening to the April 2nd MacCast Podcast.
If the song inspires or humors you, throw a bone or two Johathan's way.
Yahoo 360 - Swiss Army Knife of the Internet
I was recently invited to join Yahoo 360, a beta portal by Yahoo that seems to be all things to all people. This beast is a combination of blogging, flickr, linkedin, and PIM functionality all rolled together. I'm not sure how much I will use it but it's an interesting concept nevertheless.
If anyone is interested, I have a few invites to offer.
