I guess I have one question, what is the worst thing that could happen by keeping your router open? I've kept mine wide open for the past 6 years or so. Never had a problem. All the computers on my network have appropriate passwords as well as firewalls, so I'm not worried about people hacking into one of them. Of course, none are running Windoze.
To make a long story short, if you want free wifi come on by and park it on my porch. If you are lucky I may bring you a beer out.
What is the world coming to?
Check out the ad that I was spammed with today. I'm blown away that anyone would buy such a contraption. I guess the movie Super Size Me didn't reach out to enough people. Outside of being unhealthy, there is no way having a serving tray in your car is safe either.
Alex on KSDK Web Nursery
After Growing Family came into our room at the hospital and took Alex's picture, they asked us to sign a release form to put his picture on the KSDK Web Nursery. Now, 3 months later, I see it has finally appeared on their website. I guess they update their site as frequently as I post blog entries these days :) Anyway, we Tivo'd the news for 2 months and eventually gave up since it appeared that they discontinued this feature. Low and behold, it came back and Alexander Michael is on the silver screen.
